I've downloaded both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions into my 64 bit Windows 7 machine and cannot get either one to work, the Right Click drop down does not show IJFR. I've followed all of the instructions to no avail.

    Hi David,

There are no known issues with IJFR on either platform. I would suspect that this is some kind of conflict with your system, or just some installation anomaly. I would try the obvious un-install-reboot-install-reboot process again. After install you should gave a DLL file installed in one of the c:\Program Files folders depending on the version. The only thing we have seen is that on a few 64-bit systems the 32bit IJFR is needed. Very rare, however.

    Please advise. Thanks.

Third time was a charm, 64 bit works great! I have no explanation for the
previous failures but I know I'll love using this tool, thanks.
