Missing Part of Lens Align Kit
Hi There,
My Lens Align kit arrived (Actually, it arrived some time ago, but I've only just got the time to open it and set it up).
Unfortuantely, the kit came with two "Left Stand" Pieces and no "Top Strut".
I'm in the Bahamas, so I've already paid 80% duty on it and shipping it back will cost me another $50, plus 80% duty on the replacement.
How can I get just the missing part shipped to me? I can't find a direct email address anywhere on this site, or the main LensAlign site.
Please email me directly to advise.

Hi Ben,
Thanks for your purchase and very sorry for the mistake. We will ship the parts off to you today, and mark them as replacement parts to avoid any duties.
The LensAlign will work with the extra Left Stand installed as the right. Just the ruler might sag slightly which usually will not cause a problem. Also the Top Strut is part of our *over-design_ and provides additional rigidity, but again, LensAlign can be used successfully without it.

Absolutely!
But please still clearly mark it as a replacement part... if possible, a simple padded envelope would be the best delivery method - your call though!
