Extracting original
Can you please help....I converted the original Phase One IIQ files to DNG within Capture One. This doubled the file size. I then (mistake) deleted the original IIQ files. However the now dng files are not of the quality I had when in IIQ format. It looks like I have lost 2 f stops. Is there any way that I can extract the original IIQ files from the dng's?

Hi Darryl,
Hard for me to know for sure, but DNG is based on the premise that the raw data is preserved, and also a preview is stored. But also Capture One might convert the RAW 1 channel data into a linear 3 channel RGB image (that would account for the increase in file size). Without knowing how Capture One creates it's DNG files, I cannot say for sure. best you check with the folks at Phase One.
Sorry I could not help more. Good luckl.
