Were there any special rates of owners of the lensalign pro plus

Where there any speical discount offered for owners of the lensalign pro plus to purchase the lensalign MK II because I did not receive any email regarding this new product only found out this week search the web. See what you can do since I paid a lot of money for your orginal product as the new product is much more simple to use just by looking at the preveiws on your site.

We did send emails to all LensAlign owners that purchased directly through us. Sorry if you did not receive one. We did offer a special deal. 20% discount upon purchase, and an addition 30% if you returned your ruler to us of sent a picture of the ruler bent so it can be used.
The deal ran out but I am happy to extend it to you. Just show me proof of purchase in any form.
BTW....If you already have the Pro, the MKII works exactly the same way. The results will be the same, and the operation is the same. Only differences are no sight gate (not needed) or adjustable ruler angles on the MkII. So you have an equal or better unit already.

Does the new unit have a speical marking on the ruler that old unit did not have and you can travel with it better. I do have the recipt and the origanal box the old unit was sent. The new one does not need the sight gate or adjustable rule angles, but you have two choices of the target??

Yes we made some minor changes to the ruler graphics that we feel are a little improved and easier to interpret, but that is subjective and some would disagree. Also there are 2 ruler designs, not so much one better than the other, but just some people like different things...so a bit of choice. If you do not use the sight gate and you keep the ruler in the #3 position on your pro unit, you have about the same devices. The front hole is smaller on the MkII which negates the need for the sight gate, but the sight gate on the Pro was quite a fine tuning. In normal use you do not need it.
So the ability to travel is the main difference to an existing Pro user. I do admit I like the simplicity of the MkII, and it is my choice for my own personal use. So either way....
