FocusTune Activation Troubleshooting

If FocusTune is re-installed or an installation moved from one machine to another the moved or re-installed License file must be removed before a new activation can take place. Here is how to delete the existing License file:

In the Finder go to folder called .focustune by selecting the Goto Folder... menu item in the top level Go menu and entering the text ~/.focustune as shown here:

2 - Select and delete the file called focustune.lic or focustune4.lic as shown here:

3 - If the Activation still does not work, please send us your activation serial # in a support ticket, and we can reset the activation permission on our server.
