Which cameras have the AF MicroAdjustment? (Oct 9, 2016)

All the cameras below have the facility to set an AF Adjustment independently for each lens that you use. The newer Canon camera and all of the Olympus camera listed below also provide for independant setting of the short and long end of zoom lenses.
